All our sizes fit the EU Standard sizing chart. Charlotte Buchal is 178cm tall and wears size S.

All our pieces are done per order, production time for this garment is up to 12 days after processing your order.
After the production time is completed your item is shipped and depending on the selected shipping preference you will get your piece in the expected time.

After pre-ordering, your order enters the processing status and depending on the production times of the chosen item the product will be shipped.
We offer two types of international shipping, via FedEx or National Post.

Transfer times via FedEx can vary from 4-7 working days depending on your location. Transfer times via National Post can vary from 7-21 working days depending on your location. Please note that for some locations we are not able to ship trackable with National Post.

Postage is paid by the buyer and depends on the weight of the package.

Customs and import duties are the full responsibility of the buyer.

The customers are responsible for paying their local country's duties and taxes. Placing an order to be shipped to international destination, serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders.
